Shipping
- Please allow 1 business day of processing time.
- All merchandise is shipped from our logistics center in Brooklyn.
- For domestic orders we offer complimentary shipping for orders over $200. For domestic orders under $200, we charge a flat rate based on location.
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
- Complimentary International Shipping on all orders over $500.
Note that the buyer is responsible for any applicable local tax and fees within their country. - New York customers will have their local tax automatically added upon checkout.

Returns
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 calendar days of your delivery date.
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
- Be returned with original tags and packaging.
- Pre-orders and custom creations are not eligible for return.
- ORION APPAREL reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
- Returns that do not adhere to the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Exchanges
ORION APPAREL does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
Refunds
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
